Yes. For aluminum, thin-gauge steel, and other delicate substrates, we use appropriate media such as garnet or plastic media at controlled pressures to clean the surface without causing warping, etching, or dimensional changes.

Traditional dry sandblasting propels dry abrasive media at high velocity, generating significant airborne dust and requiring containment. We do not currently offer dedicated pickup and delivery logistics. Parts should be dropped off and picked up from our Tullytown facility, or shipped via freight carrier. For large ongoing accounts, logistics arrangements may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Parts do not need to be clean before drop-off — surface prep is part of our process. However, remove any masking, tape, loose hardware, or non-metal attachments that should not be blasted or coated.
